UnseenHire / Website information
A clear basis.
These terms describe the website and its project examples. Any paid engagement is subject to a separate written agreement.
Requests for an introduction
Submitting the form is a service enquiry. It does not create employment, reserve service capacity, start a subscription or create an obligation to purchase. A proposed engagement sets out the role, fees, deliverables, access, review responsibilities and termination arrangements before work is agreed.
What “AI employee” means here
UnseenHire describes a configured software agent as an AI employee or colleague to explain its role in a team’s workflow. The service is not a human worker, a licensed architect or an independent signatory. Your practice retains the professional review and approval responsibilities defined in the engagement.
Project examples and downloads
The first-assignment materials are working studies presented to illustrate a workflow. They include provisional quantities, assumptions and unresolved questions. They are not issued construction information, a site survey, a statutory approval or a fabrication release.
You may review the public extract internally to evaluate the service. Do not use it for construction, purchasing or fabrication, or present the underlying design as your own. Original architectural drawings are credited to SDesign; client identifiers and the source drawing set are omitted.
Use of the website
Provide accurate information in an introduction. Do not submit material you are not entitled to share, attempt to access other people’s enquiries, or interfere with the website. The availability of a proposed workflow or file integration is confirmed during scoping.
Personal information
The privacy notice explains how website enquiry details are handled. Project data access, confidentiality and any applicable processing agreement are addressed separately for a paid engagement.
