05 / Our point of view

Some teams
grow quietly.

A new colleague does not always need a desk. It does need a purpose.

The idea behind UnseenHire

There is a particular kind of work that keeps a team moving. Reading the whole set. Carrying a design into a working website. Closing a bug. Preparing the next decision.

It asks for attention, context and consistency. We believe it deserves a defined place in the team.

UnseenHire begins with that place.

An AI colleague, configured around a real responsibility. Your methods become its working brief. Your standards become the basis for review. Your team keeps the decisions.

Why architecture first

Complex work.
Concrete evidence.

Architecture brings documents, dimensions, materials, dependencies and human decisions into the same project. It is a demanding place to test whether a prepared output is actually useful.

The first assignment gave this idea a practical foundation: an existing residential drawing set became a working dossier with quantities, purchasing preparation, a programme, model studies and a register of open questions.

We are building from that evidence. The next team brings a different method, different tools and a new brief. Each role is considered on its own terms.

A few principles

Quiet, by design.

Specific over sweeping

Begin with a role that can be described and reviewed. Broaden it when the work supports that decision.

Evidence in the hand-over

Sources, calculations and uncertainty belong with the output. The reviewer should be able to follow the work.

Admission with purpose

We look for a clear responsibility, usable inputs and a committed review owner. Selectivity gives the setup room to be useful.
